At Pramila, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pramila account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
